Healing Rain

Well, I started feeling funny late Friday night and by this morning I couldn't even swallow!! So, off to the Doc in the Box I went this morning. I was happy to find that I was third in line (a record). Turns out after all testing was done, I have strep throat. YUCK! I bet I got it at my new job. Working with little kids always gets me sick! I just hope I don't share it with the family. (At least I got something for the pain, even it makes me a little loopy.) Anyway, I'm praying for some healing rain to wash over me so this excruciating pain goes away. On the bright side, the kids are off for Fall Break and I'll get to spend some time with them after all.
